In Case You Still Have Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and mobile money (MTN MoMo and Airtel Money). For larger bills, we also accept bank transfers. Please speak with our billing desk if you need guidance.
Can i get a cost estimate before my treatments?
Yes. We encourage patients to request a cost estimate before any procedure or admission. Our billing team can provide a written quotation based on the treatment plan recommended by your doctor. Final costs may vary depending on actual services required.
Do you offer payment plans or instalment options?
For planned procedures and larger bills, we offer flexible payment arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Please discuss your needs with our billing office before or during your visit.
What happens if i have a billing dispute?
Contact our billing office as soon as possible. We will review your account, explain each charge in detail, and make corrections where necessary.
When is payment due?
For outpatient services, payment is due at the time of your visit. For inpatient admissions, a deposit is required upon admission and the remaining balance is settled at discharge. Insurance-covered patients should present their details at registration.
Does insurance cover all services?
Coverage depends on your specific plan. Most plans cover consultations, diagnostics, and inpatient care, but cosmetic procedures, certain fertility treatments, and elective surgeries may not be fully covered. Check with your insurer to understand your benefits and co-payment amounts.
What if my insurance doesn't cover a service?
You will be informed before the service is provided. You can then choose to pay out of pocket or discuss alternatives with your doctor. We are committed to transparency — no surprise bills.
Do i need a referral to see a specialist?
A referral is not required for most specialist consultations. However, some insurance plans may require one for coverage purposes — check with your insurer beforehand.
Can i request my medical records?
Yes. Submit a written request with a valid photo ID to our medical records department. Records are typically prepared within 3–5 working days. A small fee may apply for printed copies.
